Cap. 640 Art. 48Transitory provisions.

(1) Where any act or process has been commenced by or under the authority of the Government prior to the date of entry into force of this Act and such act or process is in relation to anything transferred to the Authority by virtue of this Act, such act or process may be carried on and completed by or under that authority of the Government.

(2) Where on the date of entry into force of this Act any legal proceeding is pending to which the Government is a party or is entitled to be a party, and such proceeding relates to anything transferred to the Authority by virtue of this Act, the Authority shall be substituted in such proceeding for the Government and shall be entitled to be so substituted.
