Cap. 69 Art. 33Judgment in default of appearance of the applicant.

If the applicant fails to appear at the hearing of the application, the Board shall dismiss the application and order the costs to be borne by the applicant:

Provided that the applicant may, within six days of such decision, apply to the Board for a re-trial of his application if he explains his default to the satisfaction of the Board.
