Cap. 69 Art. 34Language in which application is to be drawn up.

(1) The application shall be drawn up in the Maltese language. Where, however, the party on whom the application is to be served is reasonably believed to be an English-speaking person within the meaning of the Judicial Proceedings (Use of English Language) Act, the provisions of article 5 of the said Act shall apply.

(2) The application shall be signed by the party himself or by an advocate or a legal procurator.
