S.L. 128.1 Art. 14Age of licensees.

(1) The Commissioner shall not issue any licence to persons who have not attained the age of eighteen years but he may grant the renewal of a licence to persons who, on the coming into operation of these Regulations, are already in possession of the licence though they have not attained that age.

(2) The Commissioner may also grant to persons who, though they have not attained the age of eighteen years, are authorised under the provisions of the Commercial Code to exercise trade, such licences as are connected with the trade exercised by them.
