S.L. 128.1 Art. 15Offences. Cap. 9.

Any person who fails to comply with or contravenes any of the provisions contained in regulations 3(2), 9 or 11, or who knowingly or recklessly gives false information required under regulation 6, or who in applying to the Commissioner according to these Regulations gives information which is false or misleading in any material particular, shall be guilty of an offence under these Regulations and shall be liable to the penalties laid down in the Criminal Code in respect of contraventions.
