S.L. 217.20 Art. 19Rights on the basis oftheauthorisation for the purpose of seasonal work.

During the period of validity of the authorisation referred to in regulation 11, the holder shall enjoy at least the following rights:

(a) the right to enter and stay in the territory of Malta;

(b) free access to the entire territory of Malta;

(c) the right to exercise the concrete employment activity authorised under these regulations.
