S.L. 220.1 Art. 22Offences and penalties. Cap. 220.

Any person who shall be found fishing in contravention of the provisions of regulations 4, 9, 13, 16 and 21 and the master of any vessel who shall infringe these Regulations, shall be liable to be proceeded under the Armed Forces Act, and shall be liable to the punishments laid down under the said Act, and the vessel shall be liable to be towed out of the prohibited area by Government launches stationed in the vicinity for the purpose.
