S.L. 220.1 Art. 23Foreign vessels.

These Regulations shall not apply to foreign vessels, when outside the limits of the territorial waters of these Islands. Should the action of a foreign vessel when outside territorial waters interfere with artillery practice, then firing should cease and the vessel asked to move clear of the range.
