S.L. 254.1 Art. 24BInformation on universal service.

(1) Any universal service provider shall provide users and postal operators with regular, detailed and up to date information on the particular features of the universal service offered, with special reference to the general conditions of access to the service, as well as to prices and quality standard levels.

(2) Information referred to in sub-regulation (1) shall be published at least annually by the universal service provider in a manner that is to the satisfaction of the Authority.
