S.L. 261.12 Art. 14

With effect from the 12th October, 1989:

(1) The following land forming part of the Tal-Fuklar Government Housing Estate, limits of Attard:

(a) An area of land consisting of the plots in the said Estate known as Plot Nos. 154 to 158 having an area of approximately 895 square metres bounded on the North-West and West by property of the Housing Authority and on the East by Government property (Rural Tenement No. 50195);

(b) An area of land consisting of the plots in the said Estate known as Plot Nos. 175 to 180 having an area of approximately 987 square metres, bounded on the North-West by public road on the South-West partly by public road and partly by Government property and on the South-East by Government property.

(2) An area of land forming part of the Nigret Government |urrieq, Housing Estate. limits of consisting of the plots in the said Estate known as Plot Nos. 78 to 81 having an area of approximately 864 square metres, bounded on the North-East and South-East by public roads, and North-West by Government property (Rural Tenement No. 50822).

(3) An area of land forming part of the Swieqi Government Housing Estate, limits of St Julians, consisting of the plots in the said Estate known as Plots No. 53 and 54 having an area of approximately 322 square metres. bounded on the North partly by Government property and partly by property of the Archbishop's Curia. South by property of the Housing Authority' and East by a public road (Rural Tenement No. 50041).
