With effect from the 16th October, 1989:

(1) The following land forming part of the Ta’ Brag Estate, Phase II, at Selmun, limits of Mellie]a:

(a) An area of land consisting of the plots in the said Estate known as Plot Nos. 93 to 99, 116 to 120 and 122 to 130 having an area of approximately 5302 square metres bounded on the North-East by Government property, on the South-West and West by a public road (Rural Tenement No. 83127 and 83142).

(b) An area of land consisting of the plots in the said Estate known as Plot Nos. 100 to 115 having an area of approximately 4830 square metres bounded on the North-East by Government property, South-West by a public road and South-East by Government property (Rural Tenements Nos. 83128 to 83132 and 83141).
