S.L. 261.13 Art. 5

With effect from the 11th June, 1990:

(1) The following land forming part of the Misrah Kola Government Housing Estate, limits of Attard:

(i) A plot of land having an area of approximately 1,168 square metres, bounded on the North-West by property of George Cassar Desain and others, on the South and East by Government property, edged red and marked "A" on L.D. 55/90;

(ii) A plot of land having an area of approximately 1,266 square metres, bounded on the North, South and East by Government property, edged red and marked "C" on L.D. 55/90;

(iii) A plot of land having an area of approximately 4,764 square metres, bounded on the North, South and West by Government property, edged red and marked "D" on L.D. 55/90;

(iv) A plot of land having an area of approximately 1,492 square metres, bounded on the South, East and West by Government property, edged red and marked "F" on L.D. 55/90;

(v) A plot of land having an area of approximately 645 square metres, bounded on the North, South and East by Government property, edged red and marked "H" on L.D. 55/90;

(vi) A plot of land having an area of approximately 3,184 square metres, bounded on the North, South and South-East by Government property, edged red and marked "I" on L.D.55/90;

(vii) A plot of land having an area of approximately 312 square metres, bounded on the North, South and West by Government property, edged red and marked "L" on L.D. 55/90.

(2) The following land forming part of the Marsa Government Housing Estate, limits of Marsa:

(i) A plot of land having an area of approximately 140 square metres, bounded on the North-East by Government property, on the South-West by property of Joseph Montebello and on the South-East by property of Anthony Meilaq, edged red and marked "B" on L.D. 95/90;

(ii) A plot of land having an area of approximately 1,128 square metres bounded on the North, South and East by public roads, edged red and marked "D" on L.D. 95/90.

(3) An area of land forming part of the M[arr Government Housing Estate, limits of M[arr, having an area of approximately 124 square metres, bounded on the North, East and West by Government property, edged red on L.D. 96/90 (Rural Tenement No. 50589).

(4) The following land forming part of the Tal-}andaq Government Housing Estate, limits of Qormi:

(i) A plot of land having an area of approximately 1,876 square metres bounded on the North, South and East by Government property, edged red and marked "A" on L.D. 92/90;

(ii) A plot of land having an area of approximately 1,196 square metres bounded on the North. South and East by Government property, edged red and marked ''B'' on L.D. 92/90;

(iii) A plot of land having an area of approximately 498 square metres bounded on the North, South and East by Government property, edged red and marked "C" on L.D. 97/90.

(5) The following land forming part of the Bulebel |abbar: i\-|g]ir Government Housing Estate, limits of

(i) A plot of land having an area of approximately 80 square metres, bounded on the North-West, South-West and North-East by Government property. additional to Plot No. 1, edged red and marked "A" on L.D. 97/90 (Rural Tenement No. 50772 Portion 2);

(ii) A plot of land having an area of approximately 88 square metres, bounded on the North-West, South-West and North-East by Government property, additional to Plot Nos. 10 to 13, edged red and marked "B" on L.D. 97/90 (Rural Tenement No. 50772 Portion 2). {ebel

(ii) A plot of land having an area of approximately 2,908 square metres, bounded on the North, East and West by Government property and on the South by a public road, edged red and marked "B" on L.D. 93/90 (Rural Tenements No. 50768 and 50763).

(7) An area of land forming part of the Ta’ Gok Government Housing Estate, limits of Xewkija, Gozo, consisting of an extension to Plot No. 99 and having an area of approximately 42 square metres bounded on the North-East by a public road and on the South-East and East by Government property, edged red on L.D. 132/90. |urrieq
