S.L. 261.13 Art. 6

With effect from the 10th July, 1990:

(1) An area of land forming part of the Tal-Blata l-G]olja Government Housing Estate, limits of Mosta, additional to Plot Nos. 100 and 127, having an area of approximately 76.5 square metres bounded on the North-East, South-East and South-West by Government property, edged red on L.D. 110/90.

(2) The following land forming part of the Tal-Wej Government Housing Estate, limits of Mosta:

(i) A plot of land having an area of approximately 6,530 square metres bounded on the North, East and West by Government property, edged red and marked "A" on L.D. 131/90;

(ii) A plot of land having an area of approximately 5,951 square metres bounded on the North, East and West by Government property, edged red and marked "B" on L.D. 131/90. {wann

(3) An area of land forming part of the San {wann, Government Housing Estate, limits of San adjacent to house numbered 6, Block L, Triq ir-Rand, having an area of approximately 142 square metres and bounded on the North by property of Victor Drury, on the South by a public road and on the East by Government property, edged red on L.D. 134/90.

(4) An area of land forming part of the Bella Vista Street {wann, Government Housing Estate, San having an area of approximately 956 square metres bounded on the North by a public road, on the South-East by property belonging to Andrea Sammut and others and on the West by a public road, edged red on L.D. 122/ 90.

(5) The following land forming part of the Santa Lucia Phase V Government Housing Estate, limits of Santa Lucia:

(i) A plot of land having an area of approximately 3,662 square metres, bounded on the North-West and South-West by Government property and on the South-East by a public road, edged red and marked "A" an L.D. 179/90;

(ii) A plot of land having an area of approximately 2,627 square metres, bounded on the North-East and South-East by a public road and on the North-West by Government property, edged red and marked "B" on L.D. 179/90.

(6) An area of land forming part of the Church Street Government Housing Estate, Xag]ra, Gozo, having an area of approximately 2,349 square metres bounded on the North-West, South-East and North-East by Government property, edged red on L.D. 128/90 (Rural Tenement Nos. 50034 and 50035).

(7) House numbered 4, Mtarfa Road, (alias St. David Road), Mtarfa, Rabat (Ex-Service Site No. 16378). {wann.
