S.L. 261.13 Art. 7

With effect from the 14th August, 1990:

(1) The following land forming part of Is-Sg]ajtar Government Housing Estate, limits of Naxxar:

(a) An area of land consisting of Plot Nos. 103 to 107 having an area of approximately 779 square metres, bounded on the North and South by Government property and on the West by a public road, edged red and marked "A" on L.D. 91/90;

(b) An area of land consisting of Plot Nos. 167 to 171, 184 to 187 and 308 to 312 having an area of approximately 1,931 square metres, bounded on the North and South by Government property and on the West by a public road, edged red and marked "B" on L.D. 91/90;

(c) An area of land consisting of Plot No. 210 having an area of approximately 236 square metres, bounded on the North, South and East by Government property, edged red and marked "C" on L.D. 91/90;

(d) An area of land consisting of Plot No. 198 having an area of approximately 270 square metres, bounded on the North-East, South and West by Government property, edged red and marked "D" on L.D. 91/90;

(e) An area of land consisting of Plot No. 307 having an area of approximately 166 square metres, bounded on the North-East, South-East and North-West by Government property, edged red and marked "E" on L.D. 91/90;

(f) An area of land consisting of Plot Nos. 217 to 236 having an area of approximately 4,083 square metres, bounded on the South by a public road, on the North-East and West by Government property, edged red and marked "F" on L.D. 91/90;

(g) An area of land consisting of Plot Nos. 237 to 250 having an area of approximately 2,828 square metres, bounded on the South by a public road and on the East and North-West by Government property, edged red and marked "G" on L.D. 91/90;

(h) An area of land consisting of Plot Nos. 271 to 283 having an area of approximately 2,562 square metres, bounded on the North-East, South-West and East by Government property, edged red and marked "H" on L.D. 91/90;

(i) An area of land consisting of Plot Nos. 251 to 270 having an area of approximately 3,415 square metres, bounded on the East, North-West and West by Government property and on the South by a public road, edged red and marked "I" on L.D. 91/90.
