S.L. 261.15 Art. 10

With effect from the 29th May, 1992:

(1) An area of land forming part of Is-Sg]ajtar Government Housing Estate, limits of Naxxar, having an area of approximately 403 square metres, bounded on the North, South and West by public roads, edged red and marked A on L.D. 85/92.

(2) Five contiguous blocks of flats forming part of Binja Hesri at Si[[iewi, as follows:

(a) Block I A block of six flats being each accessible from an internal door numbered 1 to 6 accessible from a common entrance without an official number but bearing the words Entrance I. The said block is bounded on the North-West by a public road and on the North-East and South-West by Government property;

(b) Block J A block of eight flats being each accessible from an internal door numbered 1 to 8 accessible from a common entrance without an official number but bearing the words Entrance J. The said block is bounded on the North-West by a public road and on the North-East and South-West by Government property;

(c) Block K A block of eight nets being each accessible from an internal door numbered 1 to 8 accessible from a common entrance without an official number but bearing the words Entrance K. The said block is bounded on the North-West by a public road and on the North-East and South-West by Government property;

(d) Block L A block of eight flats being each accessible from an internal door numbered 1 to 8 accessible from a common entrance without an official number but bearing the words Entrance L. The said block is bounded on the North-West by a public road and on the North-East and South-West by Government property;

(e) Block M A block of eight flats being each accessible from an internal door numbered 1 to 8 accessible from a common entrance without an official number but bearing the words Entrance M. The said block is bounded on the North-West by a public road and on the North-East and South-West by Government property. The above described blocks of flats have been erected on Government property forming part of Tenement 50641, and edged green on L.D. 248/91/3.
