S.L. 261.15 Art. 9

With effect from the 14th May, 1992:

(1) The following land forming part of Is-Sg]ajtar Government Housing Estate, limits of Naxxar:

(a) A plot of land having an area of approximately 1,810 square metres, bounded on the North-East, South-West and South-East by Government property, edged red and marked A on L.D. 91A/ 90;

(b) A plot of land having an area of approximately 2,066 square metres, bounded on the North-East, South-West and South-East by Government property, edged red and marked B on L.D. 91A/ 90.

(2) Four contiguous blocks of flats known as Binja Kordin at Paola, as follows:

(a) A block of eight flats being each accessible from an internal door numbered 1 to 8 accessible from a common entrance without an official number but bearing the words Entrance A. The said block is bounded on the North and East by a public road and on the West by Government property;

(b) A block of eight flats being each accessible from an internal door numbered 1 to 8 accessible from a common entrance without an official number but bearing the words Entrance B. The said block is bounded on the North and West by a public road and on the East and South by Government property;

(c) A block of eight flats being each accessible from an internal door numbered 1 to 8 accessible from a common entrance without an official number but bearing the words Entrance C. The said block is bounded on the South-West by a public road and on the North and South-East by Government property;

(d) A block of eight flats being each accessible from an internal door numbered 1 to 8 accessible from a common entrance without an official number but bearing the words Entrance D. The said block is bounded on the South-West by a public road and on the North and North-West by Government property. The above described blocks of flats have been erected on Government property forming part of Tenement 50717, and edged green on L.D.60/92.

(3) Flat number 8, Fuq tal-Blat Housing Estate, Qormi (Deed No. 62/78 dated 22nd March, 1978 in the records of Notary A. Grech).

(4) House numbered 34, Antonio Chircop Street, Qrendi (Tenement No. 71292).

(5) Flat number 6, Block 9, Door 11, Dorell Place, Santa Lucia (Tenement No. 64426).

(6) Flat number 10, Block F, Triq il-Peprin, Santa Lucia (Tenement No. 70913).

(7) House numbered 7, Block O, Triq ir-Rummien, San {wann (Tenement No. 67709).

(8) House numbered 6, Government Terrace Houses, Sannat Road, Victoria, Gozo (Tenement No. 60296).
