S.L. 261.15 Art. 8

With effect from the 6th May, 1992:

(1) The following land forming part of Il-Wil[a Government Housing Estate, limits of Luqa:

(a) A plot of land having an area of approximately 524 square metres, bounded on the North-West and South-East by Government property and on the South-West by public road, edged green on L.D. 68/92/1;

(b) A plot of land having an area of approximately 4,461 square metres, bounded on the North-West and South-East by a public road, and on the North-West by Government property, edged red on L.D. 68/92/2.

(2) Flat number 5, Blokk F, Tal-Menhir Estate, Kirkop (Tenement No. 73433).

(3) Flat number 6, Block A-2, Our Lady of Sorrows Street, }amrun (Tenement No. 69731).

(4) Flat number 8, Blokk III, De La Cruz Avenue, Qormi (Tenement No. 64184).

(5) Flat number 3, Blokk 1, Door A, Misra] Awrekarja, {wann San (Tenement No. 64995).

(6) A block of 10 flats known as Bu[ibba Apartments in Triq it-Turisti, Bu[ibba, St Paul’s Bay, each being accessible from an internal door numbered 1 to 10 accessible from a common entrance marked Block 2. The block is bounded on the North-West by Triq it-Turisti and on the North-East and South-West by Government property, and edged green on L.D. 71/92.

(7) House numbered 114, Melita Street, Valletta (Tenement No. 60034E).
