The land where the block is located falls on Government property acquired by Deed No. 131/1998 dated 18th June, 1998 in the acts of Notary V. Miceli and by Deed No. 374/1959 dated 2nd December, 1959 and is shown edged in red and marked “Block 6” on plan P.D. 2011_908. (HAA 123/2011).

(49) The administration of a block, known as “Block 7” consisting of eight flats and including surrounding gardens at Triq il-Ġnien, in Santa Luċija and is bounded on the North by Triq il-Ġnien, on the South-West by Vjal l-Oleandri and on the South-East by a public passage. Flats numbered 1 to 8 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 64028 to 64035. The whole block is shown edged in red and marked “Block 7” on plan P.D. 2011_898. (HAA 61/2011).

Flats numbered 1 to 6 accessible from Door 3 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 64407 to 64412, flats numbered 1 to 6 accessible from Door 8 are registered with the Government as Tenements acts of Notary H. Flats numbered 1 to 4 accessible from Entrance 11 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 64419 to 64422, flats numbered 7 and 8 accessible from Entrance 11 are registered with the Government as Tenement No. 64425 and 64426 respectively, flat numbered 1 accessible from Entrance 12 is registered with the Government as Tenement No. 64427, flats numbered 3 to 5 accessible from Entrance 12 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 64429 to 64431 and flat numbered 8 accessible from Entrance 12 is registered with the Government as Tenement No.
