The land where the block is located falls on Government property acquired by Deed No. 266/62 dated 15th September, 1962 in the acts of Notary H. Borg and by Deed No. 42/60 dated 5th March, 1960 in the acts of Notary A. Attard and is shown edged in red and marked “Block 9” on plan P.D. 2011_775. (HAA 126/2011, HAA 127/2011).

Flats numbered 6 and 7 accessible from Entrance 9 are registered with the Government as Tenement No. 64456 and 64457 respectively, flats numbered 2 and 3 accessible from Entrance 10 are registered with the Government as Tenement No. 64460 and 64461 respectively and flats numbered 5 to 8 accessible from Entrance 10 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 64463 to 64466.
