(80) The administration of a block known as “91, Triq Santa Luċija” consisting of three flats in Triq Santa Luċija, Valletta and bounded on the North-West by Triq Marsamxett, South-West by Triq Santa Luċija and South-East in part by Triq il-Punent and in part by property in the course of acquisition by the Government of Malta. Flats numbered 1 to 3 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 77171 to 77173. The land where this block is located is in the course of acquisition by the Government and is edged in red and marked “A” to “G” on plan P.D. 2011_947. The transfer of marked “C”; at levels 3, 5, 6 and 7 for the land marked “D”; at Level 3 and from Level 5 upwards for the land marked “E”; at levels 3, 5 and 6 for the land marked “F”; and at Level 3 for the land marked “G”.
