The land where the block is located is in the course of acquisition by the Government and is edged in red and marked “Block IV” on plan P.D. 2011_748. (HAA 197/2011).

(75) A block, known as “Block B”, consisting of eight flats of which one is being excluded from the transfer as it was already transferred through a previous legal notice in Triq San Franġisk, Tarxien and bounded on the North-West and South-East in part by a public open space and in part by Triq San Franġisk and North-East by Triq San Franġisk. The flat numbered 1 is registered with the Government as Tenement 70267 and flats numbered 3 to 8 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing the numbers 70269 to 70274. The land where the block is located falls on Government property formerly registered as part of Tenement No. 51340 and the whole block is edged in red and marked “Block B” on plan P.D. 2011_874. (76) A block, known as “Block D” Entrance A, consisting of eight flats of which three flats are being excluded from the transfer as they were already transferred through a previous legal notice in Triq Pietro Gagliardi, Tarxien and bounded on the East by Triq Pietro Gagliardi, South by Triq Ġananton Tanti and West by a public open space. Flats numbered 1 and 2 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 71993 and 71994 respectively and flats 6 to 8 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 71998 to 72000. The land where the block is located is Government property formerly registered as part of Tenement No. 51340 and the whole block is edged in red and marked “Block D” on plan P.D. 2011_864. (77) The administration of a block known as “5 and 6, Triq l-Ixprun”, consisting of three flats and a dwelling in 75742 to 75744, and dwelling numbered 4 is registered with the Government as Tenement No. 75745. The land where the block is located is in the course of acquisition by the Government, and is shown edged in red on plan P.D. 2011_906. (HAA 203/2011).

(78) The administration of a block known as “16, 18 and 19, Triq San Ġużepp” consisting of three flats and two stores in Triq San Ġużepp, Valletta and bounded on the North West by Triq San Ġużepp, and on the North East and South East by property in the course of acquisition by the Government. Flats numbered 1 to 3 at Entrance 18 are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 74957 to 74959 and the two stores at Entrances 16 and 19 respectively are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 76103 and 76104. The land where this block is located is in the course of acquisition by the Government, and is shown edged in red on plan P.D. 2011_895. (HAA 210/ 2011).

(79) The administration of two blocks, known as “48, Triq San Mark” and “157, Triq il-Punent” consisting respectively of eight flats accessible through a common entrance and nine flats accessible through a common entrance, in Triq San Mark and Triq il-Punent in Valletta, bounded on the North-West by Triq il-Punent and North-East and South-East by property in the course of acquisition by the Government of Malta.
