The land where the block is located falls under Government property acquired by Deed No. 139/87 dated 22nd July 1987 in the acts of Notary V. Miceli, Deed No. 169/75G dated 28th May 1975 in the acts of Not. Grech and Deed No. 284/65A dated 18th December 1965 in the acts of Not. A. Attard, and the whole block is shown edged in red and marked “Block 2” on plan P.D. 2011_1179. (HAA 5/2012).

(64) A block, known as “Block 5” Entrance C, consisting of eight flats and two garden sites, of which two flats and one garden site are being excluded from the transfer as they were already transferred through a previous legal notice, in Misraħ Lewża, San Ġwann and is bounded on the North-West by Triq il-Ġibjun, South-East by Misraħ Lewża and North-East by Vjal ir-Riħan. Flats numbered 2 and 3 are registered with the Government as Tenements No. 66271 and 66272 respectively, flats numbered 5 to 8 are registered with the Government as Tenements No. 66274 to 66277 and the garden site marked A on P.D. 2011_873 is registered with the Government as Tenement No. 52044. The land where the block is located falls under Government property acquired by Deed No. 209 dated 10th September 1962 in the acts of Notary A. Attard and is shown edged in red on plan P.D. 2011_873. (65) A block, known as “Block 9”, consisting of sixteen flats of which thirteen are being excluded from the transfer as they were already transferred through a previous legal notice, in Triq it-Tulipani and Triq il-Ġilju, Neighbourhood II, San Ġwann and is bounded on the North by Triq il-Ġilju, South by Triq it-Tulipani and West by Triq l-Iskola. Flat numbered 7 accessible through Entrance A is registered with the Government as Tenement No. 69896, flat numbered 14 accessible formerly registered as part of Tenement No. 51328 and the whole block is shown edged in red on plan P.D. 2011_834. (66) A block, known as “Block 17”, consisting of twelve flats of which two are being excluded from the transfer as they were already transferred through a previous legal notice, in Triq l-Iskola and Triq l-Ispika, Neighbourhood II, San Ġwann and is bounded on the North-West by Triq il-Freżja, South-East by Triq is-Salvja and North-East by Triq l-Ispika. Flats numbered 1 and 2 accessible through Door A are registered with the Government as Tenements No. 73399 and 73400 respectively, flats numbered 4 to 6 accessible through Door A are registered with the Government as Tenements 73402 to 73404 and flats numbered 7 to 11 accessible through Door B are registered with the Government as Tenements No. 73405 to 73409. The land where the block is located falls under Government property formerly registered as part of Tenement No. 51328 and is shown edged in red and marked “Block 17” on plan P.D. 2011_822. (67) The administration of a block, known as “Block B” Entrances A and B, consisting of 18 flats and three garages, of which the three garages are being excluded from the transfer as they were already transferred through a previous legal notice, at Binja Mensija in Ta’ Żwejt Housing Estate, San Ġwann and bounded on the South East by Triq George Tayar, on the North East in part by Triq Oreste Kirkop and in part by a block without an official number but bearing the name “Entrance C, Block B, Binja Mensija” and South West by Triq Salvu Gatt. Flats numbered 1 to 8 at Entrance A are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing the numbers 77771 to 77778, and flats numbered 1 to 10 at Entrance B are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing the numbers 77779 to 77788. The land where the block is located is in the course of being acquired by the Government, and the whole block is shown edged in red and marked “Blk. B (Binja Mensija) on plan P.D. 2011_911_A. (68) A block, known as “Block B”, Entrances C and D consisting of sixteen flats and seven garages of which one flat and seven garages are being excluded from the transfer as they were already transferred through a previous legal notice, in Binja Mensija, ta’ Żwejt Housing Estate, San Ġwann, and is bounded on the registered with the Government as Tenements bearing the numbers 77790 to 77796, and flats numbered 1 to 8 at Entrance D are registered with the Government as Tenements bearing numbers 77797 to 77804. The land where the block is located is Government property as per the Building Development Area Act, 1983 (Act I of 1983), and is shown edged in red and marked “Block B” (Binja Mensija)” on plan P.D. 2011_910_A. (69) The administration of a block, known as “Block 1”, consisting of six flats in Triq Birżebbuġa, Tarxien and bounded on the West by Triq Birżebbuġa, North by Block 2 and East by Block 3.
