S.L. 327.437 Art. 17Heads of Institute.

(1) Heads of Institute shall, under the direction of the Director, be responsible for all matters related to the proper functioning of their respective Institute. To such end, they shall perform such duties as may be requested by the Director according to the exigencies of the Academy.

(2) Without prejudice to the provisions of this Order, the Heads of Institute shall perform such functions as are delegated to them by the Director, including that to act on his behalf as may be necessary.
