S.L. 327.437 Art. 18Staff appointments with formal duties.

(1) Appointment of all staff with formal and regular duties shall be made by the Director and confirmed by the Board of Governors.

(2) The appointment of academic staff with formal and regular duties shall be made in the grades determined by the Board of Governors, with the approval of the Minister, according to the qualifications and professional experience of the person being appointed. Posts may be advertised for appointments within specified grades.
