S.L. 327.437 Art. 8Governing bodies of the Academy.

(1) The governing bodies of the Academy shall be the following:

(a) the Board of Governors; and

(b) the Board of Studies.

(2) The principal officers of the Academy are:

(a) the Chairman;

(b) the Director;

(c) the Heads of Institutes; and

(d) the Branch Managers.
