Subject to the provisions of the Education Act and of these {ian regulations, the school known as Fran[isk Abela (hereinafter referred to as the Junior College) appearing in Schedule II to the Education Act, shall continue as a separate body corporate having the Statute set out in the First Schedule to these regulations, and shall be incorporated under that Statute with the University of Malta.
