S.L. 327.58 Art. 3Exercise of the Minister’s powers. Cap. 327.

The University shall provide the head and teaching staff of the Junior College who shall be accountable to the Minister in accordance with article 25 of the Education Act through the Board of the Junior College established in the Statute of the said Junior College.
