S.L. 327.58 Art. 4Continuance of School Council. Cap. 327. S.L.327.43

(1) There shall continue to be a School Council for the

Junior College as provided in article 23 of the Education Act, and the said School Council shall continue to have the functions set out in article 24(a), (b) and (c) of the said Act, provided that the School Council shall submit the report referred to in paragraph (c) of the said article through the Board of the Junior College established in accordance with the Statute of the said Junior College.

(2) The provisions of the School Council Regulations shall continue to apply to the School Council of the Junior College subject to the modification as set out in the Second Schedule to these regulations.
