S.L. 363.1 Art. 28Mayor and employees. S.L. 363.20

(1) The Secretary shall ensure that payment of salaries, wages, gratuities and other benefits and remuneration to the Mayor, employees and former employees, shall be made by cheque or bank transfer by the last working day of each month.

(2) The Council and/or the Secretary shall not make payments to employees not appointed according to the Local Government (Human Resources) Regulations, and the human resources procedures.
