S.L. 363.1 Art. 29The Secretary to maintain personnel details related to pay. S.L. 363.20

(1) The following personnel details shall be accurately maintained by the Secretary:

(a) appointments, resignations, dismissals, suspensions, secondments and transfers;

(b) absence from duty for sickness, leave, training and other reasons;

(c) changes in remuneration, including normal increments and nationally negotiated pay awards;

(d) records related to PAYE, social security, statutory sick pay and statutory maternity pay.

(2) Appointments of all employees shall he made in accordance with approved methods, grades and rates of pay as defined in the Local Government (Human Resources) Regulations and the human resources procedures.

(3) Attendance records and other pay documents shall be certified by the Secretary.
