The property in the locality of Santa Venera referred to in article 2 consisting of a Public Convenience at Triq San {u\epp corner with Triq it-Turretta, Santa Venera, as shown bordered in red and marked “B” on the Government Property Division’s Plan P.D. 2007_117 attached to the Lease Agreement for the Administration and Use of the Public Convenience at Triq San {u\epp corner with Triq it-Turretta, Santa Venera, signed by Director Land on behalf of the Government of Malta and by the Mayor and the Executive Secretary of Santa Venera Local Council on the 25th June, 2008.
