The property in the locality of |ejtun referred to in article 2 consisting of premises No. 14/18 Triq San Girgor, |ejtun as shown bordered in red on the Government Property Division’s Plan P.D. 130_2004 attached to the Lease Agreement for the Administration and Use of premises 14/18 in Triq San Girgor, |ejtun by the |ejtun Local Council signed by the Director Land on behalf of the Government of Malta and by the Mayor and the Executive Secretary of the |ejtun Local Council on the 25th June, 2008.
