In these Bye-Laws unless the context otherwise requires:

"applicant" means a person who makes a request to the Council in accordance with these bye-laws and includes a company, club and association; "the Act" means the Local Government Act;

"the Council" means the Marsaxlokk Local Council; "locality" means the locality of Marsaxlokk as defined in the Act; "Remote-Controlled Model Power Boats, Aeroplanes and Helicopters" means model power boats, or aeroplanes or helicopters controlled by means of a remote control or an auto pilot but excludes wind powered and electrical powered models.
