S.L. 363.173 Art. 3Prohibition.

No person may, anywhere within the locality, including in any beach, make use of or operate Remote-Controlled Model Power Boats, Aeroplanes or Helicopters without the prior written authorisation of the Council given in terms of these Bye-Laws.
