S.L. 363.173 Art. 4Authorisation.

The Council may grant a written authorisation for the use or operation of Remote-Controlled Model Power Boats, Aeroplanes or Helicopters within the locality when the Council is satisfied that the use or operation is intended as part of a philanthropic activity or part of another activity that benefits the economy of the country or of the locality: Provided that such authorisation may be subject to such conditions as the Council may deem fit to impose.
