S.L. 363.173 Art. 5Fines.

Any person who acts in contravention of any provision of these Bye-Laws, or who contravenes any condition imposed in a permit granted in terms of these Bye-Laws shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine (ammenda) of not more than seventy euro (€70) for such contravention.
