S.L. 363.207 Art. 3Placement of notice boards.

Without prejudice to any permit, authorisation or licence required under any law, no person shall display, fix or erect any notice board in any public place within the Ħal Lija locality boundary, unless he complies with the requirements established in the guidelines issued or which may be issued from time to time by the Council in terms of article 33(1)(g) of the Act by means of other Bye-Laws.
