S.L. 363.207 Art. 4Notification to Council.

Any person who obtained the necessary permit, authorisation or licence as mentioned in Bye-Law 3 shall, after obtaining confirmation in writing from the Council that the notice board complies with any guidelines in force, at least seven days prior to the display, fixing or erecting of any such notice board, give notice in writing to the Council together with a copy of such permit, authorisation or licence.
