S.L. 363.207 Art. 5Offences and penalties.

Any person who fails to comply with the provisions of

Bye-Law 4 shall be deemed to have committed a contravention and shall, on conviction be liable:

5.1. for a first offence to a fine (ammenda) of seventy euro (€70); and

5.2. in the case of a continuing offence to a fine (ammenda) of fifteen euro (€15) for each day during which the offence continues.
