S.L. 363.222 Art. 6Notice and provision of containers. 2 [S.L.

Any commercial establishment situated within any street or pubic place selling beverages, shall:

(a) affix a notice in Maltese as well as in English as CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOL IN PUBLIC PLACES 363.222 (IMSIDA LOCAL COUNCIL)

shown in the First Schedule, which shall be placed in a conspicuous place and be easily legible by the patrons of such commercial establishment;

(b) provide a container that is made from a material other than glass, if that drink is intended to be consumed in a public place; and

(c) ascertain the regular cleaning of the area within five (5) metres of the commercial establishment and collection of glass containers together with collection of refuse from bins in the same distance.
