Any use of plastic is prohibited and instead biodegradable containers are to be used.

8.1 These bye-laws shall apply without prejudice to the provisions of the Activities requiring permit by Local Councils

Regulations.

8.2 Bye-laws 4, 5 and paragraph (a) of bye-law 6 shall not apply in the circumstances exhaustively listed in the Second Schedule.
