S.L. 370.30 Art. 35Registration in a public register.

(1) In order to secure the rights of interested third parties, an administrator or liquidator may request that a reorganisation measure or the decision to open winding-up proceedings be registered in the registry of companies and any other public register by whatever name kept in Malta or any other Member State or EEA State.

(2) The costs of registration are to be regarded as costs and expenses incurred in the winding-up proceedings or reorganisation measure.
