S.L. 370.9 Art. 17Limit of compensation.

(1) The total amount of compensation that may be paid out to an investor shall be the lesser of ninety per cent (90%) in respect of all claims which have been made by such investor, or up to

20,000 euro.

(2) All compensation payments shall be made in euro. Where the monies or instruments owed or belonging to eligible investors are in a currency other than the euro, the exchange rate used shall be the applicable euro foreign exchange rate reference as quoted by the European Central Bank on the date of the determination given in accordance with regulation 13(1).
