S.L. 371.11 Art. 19Interpretation.

These regulations shall apply to mutatis mutandis companies other than credit institutions, fulfilling the conditions laid down in regulation 17, being companies authorised either by the European regulatory authority or by the competent authority; and accordingly the words "European credit institution" shall be read as if they were a reference to a company or other body corporate authorised by the European regulatory authority, and the words "Maltese credit institution" shall be read as if they were a reference to companies authorised by the competent authority.
