Every authorisation, licence, approval or order taken, granted or commenced under the European Passport Rights for

Credit Institutions Regulations, 2004* and under the European

† Passport Rights for Credit Institutions Regulations 2011 , shall continue to be valid and in force, as if such authorisation, licence, approval or order were taken, granted or commenced under these regulations.
