S.L. 371.21 Art. 32Duties of officers.

Every officer of a creditor shall take all reasonable steps:

(a) to secure compliance by the creditor with all of the provisions of these regulations and any rules issued thereunder; and

(b) to ensure that no incorrect information is provided to the competent authority either wilfully or as the result of gross negligence.
