S.L. 403.19 Art. 14Cooperation with European regulatory authorities or overseasregulatory authorities.

(1) The competent authority may share information and cooperate with any European regulatory authorities or overseas regulatory authorities concerned, in relation to the supervision of authorised reinsurance special purpose vehicles.

(2) The competent authority may also exchange information on planned supervisory actions where it deems these actions to have a material and potentially adverse effect on the supervision of a ceding undertaking for which a European regulatory authority or an overseas regulatory authority is responsible.
