S.L. 403.19 Art. 15Power of the competent authority to issue Insurance Rules.

(1) The competent authority may issue Insurance Rules for the better carrying out of the provisions of the EU Regulations or these regulations.

(2) Such Insurance Rules may contain such incidental, supplementary and consequential provisions as appear to the competent authority to be expedient for the purposes of the operation and, or implementation of the EU Regulations or these regulations.
