Amendments to the Schedules, particularly in order to adapt them to changes in diagnostic methods and to variations in the economic importance of particular diseases, shall be decided by the Commission in accordance with the procedure referred to in the definition "Standing Committee on the Food Chain and Animal Health" as provided under rule 2(2).
