A contract may be established between the competent authority of Malta and the laboratories or Institutes listed in the

Annex B, Annex C, Annex D, chapter II of European Union

Council Directive 64/432/EEC and Annex III of European Union

Commission Decision 2001/618/EC, for the purpose of the tasks indicated in the relevant Annexes.
